Speaking to Bhaskar English, Sanchita Basu said that she strongly relates to her character, Shanvika Chauhan. According to the actress, Shanvika is a powerful and determined woman who faces difficult situations with courage. She added that the character becomes even stronger in Season 2 as she navigates relationships, politics, and personal challenges. Dhaval Thakur, who plays Kuldeep Kumar, spoke about the emotional journey of his character in the new season. He said that Kuldeep is still carrying the burden of his past mistakes and finds himself caught between emotions, responsibilities, and ambition. Dhaval revealed that viewers will see a more intense and layered side of the character this season. The actor also shared details about his own journey into the entertainment industry. Dhaval told Bhaskar English that he did engineering, but always dreamed of becoming an actor. Determined to follow his passion, he started giving auditions and eventually made his way into the industry. The actors said that the second season will introduce several new twists involving relationships, politics, power struggles, and ambition. The story will continue from where the first season ended, while raising the stakes for all the major characters. Thukra Ke Mera Pyaar Season 2 will begin streaming on JioHotstar from June 19, 2026.
