5 MP officers among Fame India’s best district collectors:Kaushalendra tightened grip on coaching; Shivam created digital addresses

The preliminary results of the ‘Best District Magistrate 2026’ survey, jointly organized by Fame India Magazine and Asia Post, have been released. Among the 800 officers selected from across the country, 5 IAS officers from Madhya Pradesh have also secured a place. Indore Collector Shivam Verma for his administrative work style, Jabalpur Collector Raghavendra Singh for innovation, Narsinghpur Collector Rajani Singh for public welfare initiatives, former Bhopal Collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh for better governance, and Satna Collector Satish Kumar for effective work have been included in the list of select district magistrates of the country. In this survey, the work of collectors and deputy commissioners of approximately 800 districts across the country was assessed. The survey was conducted based on 10 major parameters including administrative efficiency, good governance, crisis management, public relations, innovation, accountability, and effective implementation of development works. Additionally, ground reports, expert opinions, media analysis, and aspects related to public welfare were also included in the evaluation. The institute has been conducting this survey for the past 15 years.
