In Sagar, Madhya Pradesh, a woman has made serious allegations against her husband. The young woman says that her husband made her nude photos and videos and viralized them on social media. Additionally, he assaulted her for not giving him 50 thousand rupees and a bike as dowry. Their marriage took place on April 30, 2025, under the Chief Minister Kanyadan Yojana, organised at Bina’s Galla Mandi. The victim has filed a complaint at Bhangarh police station. According to Assistant Sub-Inspector Jamna Rajak of Bhangarh police station, a case has been registered against the husband, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, and sister-in-law under various sections based on the victim’s report. Mother said – Son-in-law used to harass daughter The victim’s mother stated that the son-in-law had been harassing her daughter since the marriage. He was continuously demanding 50 thousand rupees and a motorcycle. Despite giving some money, he did not stop assaulting and pressuring her. Information about obscene video received from brother-in-law According to the victim, she only knew that her husband had taken some photos of private moments and later said he would delete them. She was unaware that videos were being made. Later, she found out that her objectionable videos had gone viral. The victim stated that on April 21, her brother-in-law informed her that he had received her obscene videos. After this, she watched the videos and informed her parents, who took her with them. Had told minor sister-in-law – let’s run away According to the victim’s mother, the accused also had an eye on their 16-year-old younger daughter. During an event, he asked the minor to run away with him. After this, the family realized the seriousness of the whole matter. Harassment over dowry increased after marriage The victim stated that shortly after the marriage, the accused started harassing her, demanding dowry. When she resisted, she was verbally abused and beaten. She alleges that other members of her in-laws’ family were also involved in her harassment. Came to see another girl, marriage was fixed here According to the victim, the accused had initially come to see another girl in her family, but upon seeing her, he insisted on marrying her.
