In Satna, Madhya Pradesh, an 11-year-old boy was brutally murdered and his body hidden in a blue drum. The incident came to light when police, who arrived after receiving information about the child’s disappearance, recovered his body from a drum kept inside the house. The incident occurred on Monday afternoon, around 3:30 PM, in Bank Colony, located in the Kolgawan police station area. The deceased has been identified as Shivraj Rajak (11), a class 5 student. The investigation revealed that the accused, Mathura Rajak (45), slit his throat with a sickle and then locked the body in a blue drum to dispose of it. According to information, at the time of the incident, Shivraj was alone at home. His mother, Asha Rajak, had gone to work, his elder sister to college, and his brother out for labor. During this time, the accused arrived at the house and committed the crime. Mother informed police after not finding son In the afternoon, when the mother returned from work, Shivraj was not found at home. Even after searching nearby, when no clue was found, the police were informed around 3:30 PM. Police, who arrived at the scene, searched the house and found the child’s body. After this, a sensation spread throughout the entire area. Reason still unknown According to the police, a few days ago, there was a dispute between the accused Mathura Rajak and the deceased’s father, Ramesh Rajak. It is suspected that the accused targeted the child out of this enmity. Ramesh Rajak currently works as a labourer in a tile factory in Nashik, Maharashtra. Shivraj’s mother works in homes, while his elder brother works alongside his studies. His sister recently passed 12th class and has taken admission in college. Dispute also occurred in the family 10 days ago According to family members, about 10 days ago, father Ramesh had come home, where a dispute occurred between the husband and wife over the mother returning late. After this, the father went to Nayagaon village. No adult member was present in the house at the time of the incident. Accused absconding, shop closed Accused Mathura Rajak runs a clothes pressing shop in Bank Colony itself. Since the incident, his shop has been closed and his mobile phone is also coming switched off. Police have registered a case and started searching for the accused.
