Later, there was a transaction of Rs 65 lakh with his associates Arif and KP Kumawat, which led to a dispute. The allegation is that cheques were bounced to avoid payment, which resulted in an FIR. According to High Court advocate Krishna Kumar Kunhare, police can serve warrants, but cannot misbehave with family or tamper with property.
