The Bharatiya Janata Party in Madhya Pradesh has introduced a structured monthly plan to streamline its organisational work. For the first time, the party has fixed a clear timeline for meetings and field visits. Under this system, leaders from the state president to booth-level workers will follow a pre-decided schedule. They will know in advance the date, location and participants for each meeting. The move aims to improve coordination between the organisation and the government, and ensure better implementation of schemes. State President Hemant Khandelwal and other senior leaders will focus on district tours and ground-level reviews during the first part of every month. Mandal level meetings: First week (1st to 7th) The first week of each month will focus on mandal-level meetings. These will be held between the 1st and 7th. District presidents and district in-charges must attend these meetings. They will coordinate with mandal presidents, office bearers, morcha heads and ward coordinators to review local organisational work. District level meetings: Second phase (7th to 10th) Between the 7th and 10th, district headquarters will host key meetings. Division in-charges, district in-charges and district presidents will be present. Discussions will include future plans and a review of local scheme implementation. Mandal presidents and heads of party fronts will also take part. State meetings and tours: Mid-month (11th to 20th) The period from the 11th to the 20th is reserved for state-level activity. Senior leaders will travel across regions and hold meetings. Key state-level meetings of office bearers, division in-charges and district in-charges will be organised between the 15th and 20th. During this period, presidents of various party fronts will visit different divisions. Each leader will be assigned separate regions to ensure wider coverage and review. Mandal and Shakti Kendra meetings: Fourth week (21st to 25th) From the 21st to the 25th, focus will shift to booth and Shakti Kendra-level organisation. Meetings will involve district presidents, Shakti Kendra in-charges and booth presidents. The agenda will include preparation for the monthly ‘Mann Ki Baat’ programme and booth-level coordination. These meetings will be held in 50% of districts every month, following a two-month rotation system. Tiffin meetings and booth outreach: Final week (23rd to 30th) Between the 23rd and 30th, the party will organise ‘Tiffin Meetings’ after Shakti Kendra meetings. The aim is to strengthen coordination among workers. On the last Sunday of every month, booth-level teams will gather to listen to the ‘Mann Ki Baat’ programme. The meeting will include the 11-member booth team along with senior local workers and key voters. The structured plan is expected to bring uniformity in organisational work and improve communication from the state leadership to the booth level.
