NSUI is conducting an aggressive agitation in protest against the problems prevailing at Devi Ahilya University and the neglect of student interests. The organization is staging a fierce demonstration at the RNT campus of the university. However, during this time, heavy police force was deployed around the university. In the fierce demonstration, hundreds of students tried to enter the university campus as soon as they arrived, and there was a scuffle with the police. Police arrested two people, including NSUI president Rajak Patel. NSUI officials say that due to various administrative and academic problems in the university, students’ futures are being continuously toyed with. Hundreds of students are participating in demonstrations regarding these issues and opposing the university’s policies. District President Rajat Singh Patel said that NSUI has been fighting for student interests for years, and this time too, a strong voice will be raised for students’ rights. In the demonstration, NSUI’s state, district, and college-level office bearers and workers are present in large numbers. The organization has claimed that this movement will prove decisive for protecting student interests.
