fixed-schedule-for-ministers-in-secretariat-likely:mps-and-mlas-to-meet-at-bjp-district-offices;-proposal-sent-to-cm-mohan

To reduce the resentment of the general public and BJP workers against ministers, MLAs, and MPs, BJP State President Hemant Khandelwal and CM Dr. Mohan Yadav are making a new plan. To ensure easy and accessible availability of public representatives, a day and time will be fixed for meetings with ministers, MLAs, MPs, and other public representatives. The BJP organization has suggested that cabinet meetings usually take place on Tuesdays. In such a situation, ministers usually stay in Bhopal from Monday to Wednesday. Due to this, the organization has suggested to the CM that arrangements should be made for ministers to sit in the ministry for a fixed duration on two days a week. Excluding the day of the cabinet meeting, ministers should sit in their chambers in the ministry for at least two hours on other days to meet the general public, workers, and public representatives so that department-related problems and work can be resolved easily. Ministers have started sitting in the state office BJP State President Hemant Khandelwal has started a cooperation cell from the state level to the district level. Under this arrangement, in the state BJP office, excluding holidays, one minister sits every day from 1 PM to 3 PM, meets and interacts with the general public and party workers, and listens to their problems. MPs-MLAs will compulsorily sit in district offices Under the new system, BJP MLAs and MPs will now compulsorily sit in BJP district offices. For MPs to be present, one day in a month will be decided for sitting in the districts of their parliamentary constituency. Whereas MLAs will sit two days every week. Time will also be decided for MPs and MLAs to be present. Divisional and District In-charges to Conduct Tours by the 10th This system is being made by the BJP organization that between the first ten days of every month, i.e., by the 10th, Divisional In-charges and District In-charges will tour the districts under their charge. During their visit to the districts, they will review organizational matters, prepare a report, and send it to the state office. Minister in charge will hold core group meeting every other month Generally, MLAs, MPs, and other public representatives complain that their problems are not being heard. Officials are not giving importance to the words of public representatives. In such a situation, the minister in charge will hold a core group meeting every other month in the district under their charge. These leaders are included in BJP’s core group in every district On February 21, BJP’s state office secretary Shyam Mahajan issued a letter to form core groups in every district. After this, core groups have been formed in the districts. Core Group Issues to be Recorded in Register Core Group meetings began this month of March. Ministers who were unable to visit their in-charge districts held their first meeting of the initial month in Bhopal. Now, the issues discussed in the Core Group meeting will be recorded in a register. This register will remain with the divisional in-charge. Immediate Action if a Specific Officer is Complained Against If most public representatives and members object to the working style of an officer in the district during the Core Group meeting, a report on such officers will be prepared and sent to the organization and the government. Action will also be taken soon against the officer against whom most public representatives are complaining.
