Nurse attacks husband with blade in Bhopal:Couple was in hotel room, fight over not eating food; woman had come from Sehore to meet him

In Hotel Komal Palace, located in Anand Nagar, within the Piplani police station area, a wife launched a deadly attack on her husband with a blade. In the attack, the husband sustained serious injuries to his stomach and hand and was bleeding profusely. He also suffered a head injury from being hit with a glass. A video of the assault has also surfaced. After the incident, based on the husband’s complaint, the police registered a case against the wife under sections for assault with a sharp weapon and started an investigation. According to the police, 30-year-old Rajkumar (name changed) works for a multinational company in Pune. He had married Nilima (name changed), a resident of Shajapur, at an Arya Samaj temple. Nilima is a nurse at a government hospital. On Saturday, she had come to Bhopal to meet Rajkumar, after which the husband had accommodated her in a hotel located in Anand Nagar. Dispute started over eating food In the evening, after eating dinner at home, Rajkumar reached the hotel to meet her. Nilima had already ordered food at the hotel and asked Rajkumar to eat. Rajkumar said that he had eaten food from home, so he refused to eat. Because of this, a dispute started between the two. Rajkumar alleges that the argument between them continued all night over this matter. After Rajkumar fell asleep, Nilima also had a drink. Sat on her husband’s chest, started hitting with a blade Around six in the morning, Rajkumar had fallen asleep. About an hour later, when he woke up, he saw Nilima sitting on his chest with a blade in her hand. Rajkumar got up in a panic, when Nilima attacked his right hand with the blade. When Rajkumar pushed her to defend himself, Nilima also attacked his stomach with the blade. Somehow, Rajkumar saved his life and ran towards the bathroom. During this, Nilima threw a glass and hit him on the head, injuring him. After this, Rajkumar left the hotel, saved his life, reached a private hospital and received treatment. Had previously filed a rape case against her husband In the initial investigation, the police found out that Nilima had previously filed a rape complaint against Rajkumar. It is being said that to settle that case, Rajkumar had married her in an Arya Samaj temple. According to the police, after marriage, Rajkumar started harassing Nilima and was pressuring her to divorce him. Police say that the attack on the husband appears suspicious prima facie.
