After discussions, both families agreed and the marriage was arranged. Lovekush worked in a diamond factory in Surat After the marriage, Lovekush went to Surat in Gujarat in search of work. There, he started working as a labourer in a diamond factory. Because of his job, he mostly stayed in Surat and would visit his village Sihonia occasionally. At times, Khushi would also go to Surat to stay with him. Meanwhile, during Lovekush’s absence, she came in contact with a neighbour named Vikram Parmar. Their conversations initially began over the phone and gradually turned into an affair. It is alleged that whenever Khushi travelled to Surat, Vikram would sometimes accompany her. Lovekush remained at work in the diamond factory during the day, and during that time Khushi would call Vikram over and they would spend time together. Son was born 18 days ago, family was filled with joy Khushi Mahaur gave birth to a son on February 18. On this occasion, Lovkush had returned to his village Sihonia from Surat. The family was in a joyous mood due to the birth of the son and everyone was very happy. The festival of Holi was also approaching, so Lovkush had planned to return to Surat after Holi. But before that, a conspiracy was hatched to murder him. Lovkush was sleeping in room with his wife when shot was fired at night Lovkush Mahaur, the 25-year-old son of Ashok Mahaur, a resident of Sihonia village, was found dead under suspicious circumstances after being shot on the night of March 3. At that time, Lovkush was sleeping in the room with his wife Khushi Mahaur. After the incident, wife Khushi who was present in the room called it a suicide. However, the deceased’s sister, who was sleeping in the courtyard of the house, had seen the neighboring youth Vikram Parmar fleeing through the roof. Lead found from mobile chat, selfie of both also found During the investigation, the police found the accused Vikram Parmar sleeping in his house. For this reason, he was not suspected much initially. But the deceased’s sister was constantly naming Vikram. After this, when the police checked Vikram’s mobile, they found his WhatsApp chat with the deceased’s wife Khushi Mahaur. In this chat, Khushi used to call him to her room at night. Besides this, some selfies of both of them were also found, which indicated their close relationship. This chat is said to be one month old. Based on this chat and selfies of both, police proceeded with the investigation and rounded up Vikram. Read the chat… He came from the back route, conspired together for murder Police investigation revealed that accused Vikram Parmar often used to come from the back route of the house to meet his girlfriend Khushi Mahaur. The roofs of old houses built in the village are not very high. He would first climb onto the roof using the boundary built behind the house. Khushi and Lovekush’s room was near the stairs down from the roof. Vikram entered the house through this same route on the night of March 3rd. It is said that Khushi herself opened the door of the room. After reaching the room, Vikram first took the child in his lap and caressed him for some time. After this, he shot the sleeping Lovekush with a pistol and fled from there. The investigation also revealed that the love relationship between Khushi Mahaur and Vikram Parmar had become quite deep. Both were planning to run away and live together, but Khushi was afraid they would get caught. After this, both decided that it would be better to remove Lovekush from the way. Khushi had told Vikram that Lovekush would come home during delivery time, that’s when he should kill him. The conspiracy to murder Lovekush was planned under this scheme. Sister Nandini said – Heard gunshot, saw Vikram running away According to the deceased’s sister Nandini, around 3 AM on March 3rd, she was sleeping in the house’s courtyard. That’s when she heard the sound of a gunshot. When she got up after hearing the sound, she saw neighbor Vikram Parmar running away from her brother and sister-in-law’s room and going towards the back through the roof. Nandini immediately raised an alarm, which woke up the rest of the household members and everyone ran towards the room. When they reached the room, her brother had been shot and was dead. Murder mystery solved due to repeatedly changing statements According to Sihonia Police Station in-charge Atul Parihar, on March 3rd, police received information about Lovkush Mahour being shot. Upon receiving the information, police reached the spot and inspected the crime scene. During investigation, the room’s condition and statements given by wife Khushi Mahour did not match with each other, which made the case suspicious. The deceased’s sister had named neighbor Vikram Parmar from the beginning. However, when police reached his house, he was found sleeping, which reduced suspicion on him for some time. Later when the police checked Vikram’s mobile, they found his WhatsApp chat with the deceased’s wife Khushi Mahour. After this, the police proceeded with the investigation. During interrogation, it was revealed that Khushi would cleverly contact Vikram. She would delete messages after chatting and often block him so that no one would suspect. According to police, both had planned the incident beforehand that night. Khushi called Vikram home with a pistol and had him shoot Lovekush who was sleeping in the room. Police have arrested the accused wife Khushi Mahour and her lover Vikram Parmar. The pistol used in the crime has also been seized and both accused have been sent to jail.
