CM Dr. Mohan Yadav will flag off the third edition of ‘Queens on the Wheels’ from the Chief Minister’s residence on Saturday. He will wave the green flag to 25 women super bikers to promote the state’s rich and historical tourist destinations across the country and the world. After the success of the previous two editions of ‘Queens on the Wheels’, this 7-day event of women empowerment, freedom, and heritage will complete a bike trail of approximately 1,400 kilometers from Bhopal to Khajuraho. Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board MD Dr. Ilayaraja T said that MP Tourism Board’s initiative ‘Queens on the Wheels’ is not just a bike ride, but a celebration of women empowerment, courage, and Madhya Pradesh’s rich cultural and tourism heritage. 25 women super bikers from across the country will experience various tourist destinations of the state, from Bhopal to Khajuraho, through this unique journey and will participate in promoting them nationally and internationally. The objective of the Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board is to establish the state as a safe, exciting, and world-class tourism destination through such innovative events. Closing ceremony in Bhopal on March 13 Starting from Bhopal, this 7-day journey will pass through Sanchi, Udayagiri, Chanderi, Shivpuri, Kuno, Gwalior, Datia, Orchha, and Khajuraho before concluding back in Bhopal on March 13. This initiative by the Tourism Board will highlight the state’s historical and archaeological heritage, while establishing Madhya Pradesh as a safe and prosperous tourism destination for women. This campaign will promote lesser-known sites and serve as a powerful medium to strengthen rural tourism circuits and promote responsible travel throughout the state.
