The Palasia police caught a criminal with 1 kg 24 grams of marijuana on Friday. When the police went to catch him, he started running, but the police caught him. He used to buy marijuana at low prices and supply it to drug addicts in Indore at higher prices. The accused is a habitual offender and has previous records as well. Now the police are trying to trace his network. According to Palasia police, the police team was searching for suspects in different areas. During this, the team spotted a suspicious person on Khajrana Service Road, whose activity was also suspicious. The team chased and caught him. During interrogation, he identified himself as Ajay Kaithwas (25), a resident of Binoba Nagar, Indore. Upon searching him, the police found 1 kg 24 grams of marijuana. The team seized the marijuana and his bike and arrested him for further action. Initial inquiries revealed that to earn more money, he would buy cannabis at low prices and supply it to drug addicts in Indore at higher prices. He also provided information about nearby suppliers, whose network the police are investigating. The accused is a habitual offender and has a previous criminal record. Police have seized goods worth two lakh rupees, including cannabis and a motorcycle, from the accused.
