Midnight reshuffle in MP, 11 IAS shifted:Ashok Varnwal gets Health department; Manish Singh returns as Public Relations Commissioner

In Madhya Pradesh, after 2 AM on Friday night, 11 IAS and 4 state administrative service officers have been transferred. According to the General Administration Department’s order, Additional Chief Secretary Ashok Varnawal has been given the responsibility of the Health Department. Principal Secretary of Health Department Sandeep Yadav has been posted in his place. Similarly, Manish Singh has once again been given command of the Public Relations Department. Along with this important responsibility, he will also have the additional charge of Transport Secretary. 2009 batch officer Ajay Gupta also transferred Likewise, former Public Relations Commissioner Deepak Saxena has been made Excise Commissioner. Saxena served in this position for four months. Former Excise Commissioner Abhijit Agarwal has been made Managing Director of State Cooperative Marketing Federation. Agarwal served as Excise Commissioner for two years. He has been removed just before the implementation of the new excise policy. Similarly, 2009 batch officer Ajay Gupta has been transferred from Director of Farmer Welfare and Agricultural Development to Managing Director of East Zone Power Distribution Company Jabalpur. 2011 batch officer Umashankar Bhargav has returned from Raj Bhavan in 8 months. He has been made Director of Farmer Welfare and Agricultural Development. Bhind Zilla Panchayat CEO Sunil Dubey has been appointed as Deputy Secretary to the Governor. Higher Education Department Deputy Secretary Sanghamitra Gautam has been posted as CEO of Alirajpur Zilla Panchayat. Similarly, Agar Malwa Zilla Panchayat CEO Nanda Bhalave Kushre has been made Additional Project Director in National Secondary Education Mission. Additionally, School Education Department Deputy Secretary Kamal Solanki has been made CEO of Raisen Zilla Panchayat. Three Additional Collectors become Zilla Panchayat CEOs In the list released late at night, four state administrative officers have also been transferred. Bhurla Singh Solanki has been posted as Chief Executive Officer of District Panchayat Agar Malwa, Milind Kumar Nagdeve to District Panchayat Khargone, Veer Singh Chauhan to District Panchayat Bhind and Rakesh Sharma has been posted as Chief General Manager of Central Region Power Distribution Company.
