A video has emerged of a woman being mistreated and assaulted in Sidhi. The accused has been identified as Santosh Pathak, who runs a YouTube channel. The victim told police that she runs a small shop kiosk to support her family. A few days ago, Santosh Pathak had her kiosk and cart removed and disappeared at night. The victim had filed a complaint at Bahari police station, but no concrete action was taken. On Sunday morning around 10 AM, the dispute between both parties escalated in the market itself. The matter reached physical violence. The woman attempted to hit Santosh with a slipper. After this, the accused also attacked the woman with sticks and punches. Bahari Station In-charge Rajesh Pandey said that a case of assault has been registered based on the woman’s complaint. He said that all aspects including the viral video are being investigated. Legal action will be taken based on the investigation. PCC Chief called the accused a BJP leader
