Student assaulted during photo shoot in Morena:17-year-old minor alleges photographer forcibly kissed her and touched her chest in studio

An attempt to rape a minor student was made in a photo studio in Morena. The 17-year-old student alleges that she had gone to the photo studio to get passport-sized photos taken. Here, the studio owner grabbed her hand. He forcibly kissed her and also touched her chest. The student somehow managed to escape from there and narrated the entire incident to her family. The incident took place in Porsa town on Wednesday evening at 4:45 PM. Based on the student’s complaint, the police registered a case under the POCSO Act against studio owner Angad Tomar (50) and arrested him. The student told the police in her complaint that she is pursuing ITI. She went to New Neha Studio to get passport-sized photos for her exam. Angad Singh Tomar was in the studio. He asked her to take photos in the room. After taking the photos, Angad called her closer to see the photos. Then he grabbed her hand and forcibly kissed her. The student freed herself and ran away from there. After reaching home, she told her family everything. After this, her family went to the police station to file a complaint. Case registered under POCSO Act According to Porsa Police Station In-charge TI Dinesh Singh Kushwah, a case has been registered against the accused under the POCSO Act based on the complaint of the minor student. The accused has been rounded up. He will be presented in court after medical examination.
