His remarks have triggered anger among several sections, including the Brahmin community. While addressing the gathering, Yadav said that people from small communities come and sit above others. He also made comments about the Pandit community, saying their role is to perform rituals and give knowledge, while others will run the government. The statement was made in the presence of MP Vivek ‘Bunty’ Sahu, making the issue more sensitive. Anger in Brahmin society after the video surfaced In his speech, Yadav further said that the Pandit community wants to perform puja, impart knowledge, and also keep power in its hands. This statement is now facing opposition. After this statement made from a public platform, there is anger among the Brahmin community and other social organizations. People have called the BJP district president’s statement divisive and insulting to society. The district president has been embroiled in controversies before.
