An emergency landing of a helicopter had to be made in Jaipur. The helicopter was going from Jaipur to Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh). The pilot and co-pilot aboard the private company’s helicopter are completely safe and no damage occurred. The incident took place on Sunday morning around 11 AM in Vamanwati village, near Raisar in rural Jaipur. Sohan Singh Nathawat, Director of Avon Helicopter Company, stated, The helicopter arrived in Jaipur from Dehradun (Uttarakhand) on Saturday evening at 4:30 PM. After this, the fuel refueling process was completed in the helicopter. On Sunday, after the weather cleared, the helicopter took off for Bhopal at 11:02 AM from the helipad located at Malikpur, Chomu, in Jaipur. Shortly after taking off, the helicopter developed a technical fault. In Vamanwati village near Raisar, the pilot, showing good judgment, made an emergency landing of the helicopter. Currently, our team is investigating the technical fault of the helicopter. After this, the helicopter will be brought to Malikpur once again. From there, it will be repaired and sent to Bhopal.
