A speeding truck hit a couple on a bike in Garhi Malhara of Chhatarpur. The woman fell from the bike. Meanwhile, the truck ran over her, causing her death on the spot. The accident happened on Tuesday. Its video emerged on Wednesday. According to eyewitnesses, the truck was moving at high speed. As soon as it hit from the side, the bike wobbled. The woman fell on the road, and within seconds the truck’s wheel ran over her. The accident was so horrific that the woman suffered serious injuries to her chest and abdomen. She died on the spot. The young man riding the bike narrowly escaped the accident, but his wife died before his eyes. The deceased has been identified as Ramkunwar Kushwaha (40), the wife of Rajju Kushwaha, resident of village Badua, Garhi Malhara police station. It is being reported that Ramkunwar had come to Garhi Malhara for some work and was returning to the village on a bike with her husband. Upon receiving information about the incident, the Garhi Malhara police station reached the spot. The body was sent to the district hospital with the help of an 108 ambulance. Police have registered a case and started searching for the truck driver. The entire matter is being investigated based on CCTV footage.
