Cold wave forces school closures in 16 MP districts:Bhopal Dhar to follow revised timings; trains and flights delayed by low visibility

Madhya Pradesh is facing intense cold, dense fog and cold wave conditions. Several districts are affected. Wind speed is very low. Humidity has reached nearly 100 per cent. When moisture is high and winds are weak, clouds settle close to the ground. This reduces visibility and causes dense fog. Chief Minister distributes blankets at night shelters Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav visited a night shelter at Yadgar-e-Shahjahani Park Talaiya in Bhopal on Sunday night. He spoke to people staying there and listened to their concerns. He served hot tea and distributed warm blankets. Severe cold spell this winter This winter has broken several records in Madhya Pradesh. November recorded the coldest temperatures in 84 years. December broke a 25-year record.
