Madhya Pradesh has got 29 new Additional Collectors from January 1st, but they will have to work as SDM or in-charge officers in the Collector’s office for at least two months. They will now be posted in districts as Additional Collectors or Chief Executive Officers of District Panchayat since both positions have equal pay scale and authority. According to the General Administration Department’s order, two Deputy Collectors have been promoted to Joint Collectors. These officers are Rakesh Parmar, Deputy Collector Indore, and Anurag Ningwal, Deputy Collector Shivpuri. 5 officers become Senior Additional Collectors
Additionally, five officers at the Additional Collector level have been promoted to the Senior Grade Pay Scale. The officers coming under the Senior Additional Collector category are Mahip Kumar Tejaswi, Deputy Secretary General Administration Pool, Laxmi Gamad, Additional Controller Government Press Bhopal, Pravin Phulpagare, CEO, District Panchayat Damoh, Bhurla Solanki, Additional Collector, Shajapur, and Mahendra Singh Kavache, Additional Collector, Datia.
