A shocking incident of a disabled youth being urinated on came to light in Mandideep, Raisen district, near an Indian Oil petrol pump on Friday. After the video went viral on social media, police arrested the accused, Rajkumar Lavanshi and Govind Lavanshi, on Saturday. Both accused are relatives of the disabled youth. The three had gone to sell paddy, and after drinking alcohol, an argument escalated into a physical altercation. In the 37-second video, one accused is seen standing and urinating on the disabled person, while the other tries to move him away. Surprisingly, people present at the scene watched the incident, but no one tried to stop it, although many did make videos.
