27-year-old model dies under mysterious circumstances in Bhopal:Boyfriend Qasim Ahmad taken into custody; had taken her to Ujjain to introduce her to his family

Three days after the suspicious death of model Khushboo Ahirwar aka Khushi Verma in Bhopal, the Chola Mandir police have arrested her accused boyfriend, Qasim Ahmad. Qasim is continuously misleading the police. He is claiming himself to be innocent. He is denying any kind of physical assault with Khushboo. He said that he was planning to marry Khushboo. With this intention, he had taken Khushboo to meet his family living in Ujjain. Before going to Ujjain, he had called Khushboo’s mother himself to inform her about their relationship. Meanwhile, Chola Mandir police station in-charge Saraswati Chaudhary said that the interrogation of the accused Kasim is ongoing. He has been presented in court. Qasim also told police that the child in Khushbu’s womb was his. They had known each other for two years. They met at a lounge. This investigation is still ongoing, and on Tuesday, Chhola Mandir police registered an FIR under the Atrocity Act, assault, and Madhya Pradesh Freedom of Religion Act.
