BJP veteran Satyanarayan Sattan mocks new ministers from stage:Takes humorous jibe, ‘those who once lived on sev-parmal now roam in government vehicles with sirens blaring’

In Indore, BJP’s senior leader and poet Satyanarayan Sattan took a dig from the stage without naming anyone. He said – those who could never eat chickpeas, lived on sev-parmal, and are now roaming in government vehicles. Satyanarayan Sattan was addressing a program organized at Rajwada on the occasion of 150 years of the Vande Mataram song. According to information received from BJP, when Satyanarayan Sattan was speaking on stage, Cabinet Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya’s car was approaching the stage with its siren blaring. Just then, the city president told Sattan from behind that Kailash ji had arrived. To this, Satyanarayan Sattan said – ‘This is also a pride of democracy that those who used to roam carrying flags until yesterday, are now roaming in cars. Before their arrival, there is a ‘pee-pee-pee-pee’ sound.’ He further said- ‘Those who could not eat chickpeas, who were surviving on sev-parmal, are now, by your virtuous grace, getting the honor of being present among you, sitting in government vehicles. For such people whom you have given this honor, please clap loudly once in their honor. This is the honor given by you, which is ‘pee-pee’ (referring to the sound of sirens/VIP movement) among you.’ Sattan’s words, spoken in humor and satire, were met with loud laughter. Sattan further said that today, leaders of the new generation are seated on the stage, but outside, those workers are standing who held the party’s flag during the days of struggle. Today, those very people are standing on the road and feeling self-satisfied that the torch of patriotism is burning because of their struggle. Sattan said that BJP is working for the glory of Bharat Mata, for awakening the national consciousness, and for the service and self-respect of the motherland.
