Elsewhere, the legendary duo are not likely to play for India A in the upcoming ODI series against South Africa A. Rohit and Virat played in the three-match ODI series against Australia. They both registered single-digit scores in the series opener before Rohit slammed 73, while Kohli registered a second consecutive duck. In the last match of the series, the Hitman slammed a daddy hundred, while Virat scored a half-century as India won the match to avoid a clean sweep. Even though there are not many ODI matches before the 2027 ODI World Cup, the legendary duo will not play for India A later this month. Cricbuzz reported that ‘RoKo’ may not feature in the three one-day matches in Rajkot. The series begins on November 13, but the veterans will not be considered for the three fixtures.
