EPFO Employee Enrollment Scheme: Companies will enroll their old employees in EPF, will also deposit deducted money The central government has launched the Employee Enrollment Scheme 2025. The purpose of this scheme is to provide EPF coverage to those employees who were left out for some reason. This scheme will run for 6 months from November 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026. Under this, employers or institutions are being given the opportunity to enroll their left-out employees. Under this scheme, all employees who joined the organisation between July 1, 2017 and October 31, 2025 and are still working with that company will be covered. The Ministry of Labour and Employment launched this scheme on November 1, on EPFO’s 73rd Foundation Day. 2. Anil Ambani’s properties worth ₹7,500 crore seized: Includes 132 acres of land in Navi Mumbai, Pali Hill house and over 40 other properties The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has attached 132 acres of land belonging to Anil Ambani’s Reliance Group. This land is located in Dhirubhai Ambani Knowledge City (DAKC) Navi Mumbai, valued at ₹4,462.81 crore. ET reported this information citing sources. Earlier today (November 3) morning, ED attached more than 40 properties related to the group. These properties include Anil Ambani’s Pali Hill house. Central Government gives relief to pensioners: Now, no recovery for excess pension received by mistake; deduction only in case of fraud or providing wrong information The Personnel Ministry has issued a clarification for Central Government pensioners stating that if excess pension is received due to an error by the bank or post office, there will be no recovery. Money will only be recovered if the pensioner deliberately provided incorrect information or committed fraud. This rule is based on the Department of Pension and Pensioners’ Welfare (DoPPW) Office Memorandum (OM) dated July 25, 2024. 4. Airtel earned ₹23 more per customer: Q2 profit up 89% to ₹6,792 crore; stock rose 30% in one year Telecom company Bharti Airtel Limited reported a profit of ₹6,791.7 crore (consolidated net profit) in the second quarter of financial year 2025-26. The company had recorded a profit of ₹3,593.2 crore in the same quarter last year. On an annual basis, this has increased by 89%. In the July-September quarter, the company generated revenue of ₹52,145 crore from operations, which is 25.73% higher than ₹41,473 crore last year. 5. Slight increase in gold-silver prices: Gold reaches ₹1.21 lakh per 10 grams, silver rises to ₹1.50 lakh per kg Gold and silver prices show a slight increase on November 3.
