Three-year-old child Ritesh, who went missing from Mohanpur village in Gwalior, has not been found even after 48 hours. More than 500 police personnel and officers are continuously searching the forest, considering every possibility in search of Ritesh. The incident occurred at 12 noon on Saturday. Three-year-old Ritesh, who was playing in the house’s courtyard, suddenly went missing. It is being reported that the child’s mother is having a dispute with her husband. Before Diwali, the husband had threatened to take the child away from her. Police are questioning the husband. Sapna Pal, who lives near the Kali Mata temple in Murar Mohanpur village, was married to Dalvir Singh, a resident of Chandan Nagar. They have two sons. It is being reported that the husband and wife often had disputes. This is why Sapna Pal has been living separately from her husband at her father Ramvir Pal’s house (maternal home) in Mohanpur for six months. The elder son is with the father, while the younger son, three-year-old Ritesh Pal, is with Sapna. Sapna has filed a complaint against her husband at the women’s police station. Sapna said that on Saturday afternoon at 12 o’clock, Ritesh was playing with other children in the house’s courtyard. After a while, the other children went to the nearby forest with goats, while the innocent child was still playing there. 30 minutes later, when Sapna went to call her son, he wasn’t there. Family members searched for him on their own, but he couldn’t be found anywhere. After this, on Saturday evening, the family went to the Murar police station and reported it. Police registered a kidnapping case and started the investigation. Forest on three sides of house, highway 100 meters away on one side From the spot where the child went missing, there is dense forest in three directions and a bypass 100 meters away in one direction, which meets the Gwalior-Jhansi highway 200 meters further. With roads blocked from three sides, there is no public movement to the spot. The missing innocent child is only three years old, so he cannot go too far by himself. If he wanders off, he won’t be able to return. Police suspect that if it’s a kidnapping, the kidnapper was lying in wait near the house. If it’s an accident, police are searching the forest. Husband, Brother-in-law and Father-in-law accused of kidnapping The child’s mother, Sapna Pal, has alleged that her child was kidnapped by her husband, brother-in-law, and father-in-law. After marriage, she had two children. After this, her husband, Dalvir, would drink alcohol and beat her regularly. Due to this, she has been living separately at her parents’ house for six months. A complaint was filed at the women’s police station. After the dispute, the husband kept the elder son, while Sapna had brought the younger son, three-year-old Ritesh, with her. Before Diwali, the husband had threatened that she should return his son or she would regret it. He said he would snatch away his son. The police are also investigating this angle. The innocent child’s father, Dalvir, is being questioned at the Murar police station. Suspicion on close ones, police keeping an eye on Chhotu In the child’s kidnapping case, police are also watching the child’s mother and family’s close ones. It has been learned that Chhotu alias Harish Prajapati, an acquaintance of the kidnapped child’s mother, had been lurking near Mohanpur for two days. The kidnapped child’s mother and family members are also explaining the reason for his presence here. Therefore, Chhotu has been called for questioning. Police say that while Chhotu has come forward, his phone’s message and call history are empty. Chhotu is not explaining why he deleted them. Forest, mountains and water-filled ponds, searching with drones too Sapna Pal lives in Mohanpur, where there is a forest right in front, there are high mountains, and the biggest problem is that the pits in the village have become ponds due to rain. Therefore, police are searching for the child from every angle. Ponds are being checked, pits are being examined, and police have combed every inch of the forest area in 48 hours. Drone cameras are also keeping watch in the forest. The dog squad is also continuously searching. Police also strict with child’s parents Police are investigating every angle, but the most suspicion is on the dispute between the child’s parents. This is why on Sunday, police questioned the child’s mother at the women’s police station and father at the Murar police station. At the women’s police station, police also slapped the child’s mother eight to ten times, but she is adamant that she did nothing to her child. The child’s father is telling the same story. Gwalior IG Arvind Saxena said; Police has taken this case as a challenge. SSP Dharmveer Singh himself is monitoring the entire case. More than 500 personnel and officers are involved in the investigation. Searching has also been done with drones. Investigation is being conducted on every angle including kidnapping, missing persons and conspiracy.
