Madhya Pradesh urban development and housing minister Kailash Vijayvargiya on Saturday said that RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav has already accepted defeat in the Bihar Assembly elections, claiming that Yadav has begun “saying sorry” to the people even before voting has concluded. Speaking to reporters in Indore, Vijayvargiya remarked, Tejashwi Yadav has started apologising to the people because he knows the results. The reports from Bihar are extremely positive, the NDA is set to win around 150 seats, marking a historic victory. Responding to Yadav’s comment that the NDA should issue a “sorry patra” instead of a manifesto, Vijayvargiya said, The people of Bihar want development, not drama. They are not misled by slogans anymore. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Bihar will once again choose good governance and progress. Hits back at Digvijaya Singh’s remark Vijayvargiya also hit back at Congress Rajya Sabha MP Digvijaya Singh, who had recently accused the BJP and the Election Commission of dividing the nation through surveys and polls. The minister countered sharply, saying, The biggest divisions in India happened during Congress governments. The BJP unites people, while the Congress has always divided them on the basis of caste and religion for vote bank politics.
