Nagina MP Chandrashekhar Azad has responded to serious allegations made by Dr. Rohini Ghavari. Speaking to a news channel, he said, ‘I respect women. Therefore, I do not want to comment. I am not dead; I am alive. Why rely on any audio or video when I am speaking to you directly? I am saying this with my own mouth. We have always respected ‘Behanji’ (BSP chief Mayawati), even though our political parties are different. We continue to respect her struggle.’ He also added, ‘Kanshi Ram Saheb is our guru. We will always respect him. These are our principles and values, passed down by our parents. Chandrashekhar’s clarification… Rohini’s questions… Rohini challenges Chandrashekhar Rohini Ghavari, however, questioned the MP directly. She said, “If you have the courage, just say once that the audio clip abusing Behanji is fake. Use your position as an MP to investigate and show society the truth. It is a matter between the two of us. Everything I said is true. How long will you mislead society?” The audio clip in question was released by Rohini two days ago. She posted it on X, claiming that Chandrashekhar’s “dirty thinking towards Behanji” is a conspiracy to end the Bahujan movement. Allegations against Behanji Chandrashekhar had previously claimed that Behanji used to blackmail Kanshi Ram, threatening to publicly accuse him of rape if she was not made Chief Minister. He also alleged that Akash Anand’s father had held a gun to Kanshi Ram’s head. Rohini claimed that the voice in the audio is Chandrashekhar’s and that he discussed merging the Azad Samaj Party if he became the successor. She accused him of spreading hatred against Behanji, citing the distribution of the book Kanshiram Sahab Ki Hatyaran by Sonu Ambedkar in the Jatav community. Rohini speaks out On the same day as the audio release, Rohini went live on Facebook at 7 PM. She said that struggle is her only path and that she never desired any position or personal gain. She alleged that Chandrashekhar mocked the Dalit movement, and his supporters were defaming her. Rohini also stated that Chandrashekhar had no role in the Saharanpur incident and insisted that she is fighting for her dignity. She further questioned Home Minister Amit Shah, suggesting that he should not retain his position in the future. Rohini claimed her posts aim to expose Chandrashekhar, describing him as a conspirator trying to defame Behanji. She announced a reward of ₹1 crore to anyone who could prove that the audio is AI-generated. Verbatim audio highlights In the audio conversation: Rohini responded by advising unity, saying, ‘This will greatly benefit our society if both of you unite. Nothing is gained from division.’ Chandrashekhar repeatedly emphasised his political achievements and claimed no one had challenged Mayawati in 30 years like he did. Rohini’s Social Media posts On social media, Rohini wrote that the audio proves her loyalty to the Bahujan movement and exposes Chandrashekhar’s conspiracy to defame Behanji. She asked why young generations are being poisoned against respected leaders. She also mentioned, ‘Whoever proves this audio to be AI or fake will receive a reward of ₹1 crore. The countdown for exposing the truth begins tomorrow.’ Now read Rohini’s Thursday post… On 24 September, Rohini had threatened suicide in a series of posts on X, accusing Chandrashekhar of ruining her life.
