Company reports a profit of Rs 3,655 crore In the March 2025 quarter, the company’s net profit increased by 31% to Rs 1,000 crore, compared to Rs 765 crore in the same quarter last year. During the same period, the company’s revenue from operations increased by 50% from Rs 4,998 crore to Rs 7,478 crore. In the financial year 2024-25, the company’s total net profit increased year-on-year from Rs 3,327 crore to Rs 3,655 crore. Meanwhile, the company’s total revenue increased from Rs 18,175 crore to Rs 28,313 crore. Tata Sons holds 93% stake in Tata Capital Tata Sons is the holding company of Tata Capital. It holds approximately 93% stake in Tata Capital. The remaining stake is held by other Tata Group companies and trusts. Tata Capital has been granted the status of an Upper Layer NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). 2. LG Electronics IPO to open on October 7 The IPO of LG Electronics India Limited, the Indian unit of South Korean company LG, will open on October 7. In this issue, the company’s existing investors are selling 10.18 crore shares, valued at Rs 15,000 crore. This will be a 15% stake in the company. The company is not issuing any fresh shares in the issue. For investors, this IPO will remain open till October 9. The shares may be listed on October 14. LG is a major company in the Consumer Electronics Sector LG Electronics India sells its products to B2C (consumer) and B2B (business) customers in India and abroad. Rubicon Research IPO: Bidding open till October 13 Rubicon Research Limited’s IPO will open on October 9 and will remain open for investors till October 13. The total size of the IPO is Rs 1,377.50 crore. Through the IPO, the company will issue 1.03 crore new shares worth Rs 500 crore. Additionally, there will be an Offer For Sale (OFS) of Rs 877.50 crore, in which existing shareholders will sell their 1.81 crore shares. What is the minimum and maximum amount that can be invested? Rubicon Research is a pharmaceutical company Rubicon Research was started in 1999.
