Rinku Singh struck the winning boundary to secure the triumph. The victory sparked widespread celebrations in Madhya Pradesh. People waved the national flag, burst crackers, sang and danced to congratulate each other. Even Garba pandals came alive with joy as people celebrated India’s win with festive enthusiasm. Festivities were reported in cities including Bhopal, Indore, Gwalior and Ujjain, where crowds gathered to cheer for the Indian team’s success.
