Bhabha Atomic Research Centre making reactor for Navy’s next-gen N-subs

Bhabha Atomic Research Centre is developing a powerful 200 MWe reactor to significantly enhance the endurance of the Indian Navy’s future submarines, including the S-5 class. This upgrade, more than doubling the power of existing reactors, is crucial for strengthening India’s sea-based nuclear deterrent amidst China’s growing naval capabilities.
