A Sundargarh consumer court instructed a Rourkela dealer to fix a customer’s motorcycle. Lalit Ranjan Naik faced issues with his bike after purchase. The court ordered the dealer to return the repaired vehicle within a month. The dealer must also pay Rs 60,000 as compensation. This covers service deficiency and Naik’s legal expenses.
