Police foil gang-related murder plot in northwest Delhi’s Bawana; 3 arrested

Delhi Police thwarted a gang-related murder plot in Bawana, arresting three individuals planning to kill a rival gang member. The conspiracy was orchestrated by a jailed gangster, Naveen Bali, in coordination with Himanshu Bhau, operating from abroad. The accused were found with weapons and had been conducting reconnaissance on their target, funded by money transferred by Bhau.
