The Supreme Court modified its earlier order regarding the relocation of stray dogs in Delhi-NCR, allowing the release of sterilised and vaccinated dogs, except those with rabies or aggressive behaviour. The court also mandated the creation of designated feeding zones and prohibited public feeding. Furthermore, the scope of the case has been extended nationwide, seeking compliance with Animal Birth Control Rules from all states and union territories.
