Delhi CM attacked: Planned crime? Accused visited the city for first time

Investigators suspect a planned assault on CM Rekha Gupta, tracing the accused Rajesh Sakriya’s movements from Rajkot to Delhi. Sakriya, who arrived in Delhi on August 19th, visited temples and inquired about the CM’s residence. He spent a night at a Dharamshala before arriving at Gupta’s residence.
