In a rare honor, Rani Bhosale, superintendent of Thane Central Jail, and her husband Rajaram Bhosale, an additional superintendent, have received the President’s Medal for Meritorious Service. They are among eight Maharashtra prison personnel recognized with police medals. The awards acknowledge their long-standing commitment to prison management.
