Madras HC refuses to entertain PIL seeking action against former judges for alleged interference in judicial process

Madras High Court rejected a PIL. The PIL sought action against seven former judges. Justice B Chandru led the former judges. They allegedly interfered with judicial process. They wrote to Justice G R Swaminathan. They urged him to not initiate contempt action. The action was against advocate S Vanchinathan. The court dismissed the plea as publicity-seeking.
