Bihar: After ‘Dog Babu’, ‘Cat Kumar’ surfaces; mother’s name listed as ‘Catiya Devi’

Authorities in Bihar’s Rohtas district are investigating a bizarre incident where an application for a residential certificate was filed under the name “Cat Kumar,” son of “Catty Boss” and “Catiya Devi,” complete with a canine’s photograph. This incident follows a similar case in Patna’s Masaurhi block, where a residence certificate was issued to a dog. A formal case has been registered.
