A youth, Arvind Yadav, has been arrested in connection with the suicide of Suman Nishad. Suman allegedly used a licensed pistol at Nilanshu Chaturvedi’s residence. Nilanshu Chaturvedi is a former Congress MLA. Arvind is booked for abetment to suicide. Archana Sharma, Chaturvedi’s wife, faces charges under the Arms Act. This is due to mishandling the firearm.
