Josh Hines Allen opens up about his son Wesley’s brave cancer battle and inspiring recovery

Jacksonville Jaguars star Josh Hines-Allen’s son, Wesley, was diagnosed with acute promyelocytic leukemia in January 2025. Hines-Allen missed a game due to the crisis. Wesley underwent chemotherapy for months at Nemours Children’s Health in Jacksonville. The family launched “Four One For Hope” to support childhood cancer nonprofits. Wesley is now recovering, back to playing and attending school.
