Jacksonville Jaguars star Josh Hines-Allen’s son, Wesley, was diagnosed with acute promyelocytic leukemia in January 2025. Hines-Allen missed a game due to the crisis. Wesley underwent chemotherapy for months at Nemours Children’s Health in Jacksonville. The family launched “Four One For Hope” to support childhood cancer nonprofits.
