The Indian government has banned public access to over 40 OTT platforms, including Ullu and ALTT, for violating laws related to obscene and sexually explicit content. These platforms were found in breach of the Information Technology Act, the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, and the Indecent Representation of Women Act.
