A fire broke out on an Indonesian ferry carrying nearly 300 passengers near Southeast Sulawesi on Sunday, causing panic and triggering emergency evacuations. The vessel was traveling from Kendari to Makassar when the flames erupted. At least 18 people sustained injuries, including burns and smoke inhalation, during the chaotic evacuation, but fortunately, no fatalities have been reported so far.
