Enforcement Directorate searched 22 de-addiction centers across Punjab. The searches happened due to illegal sale of drugs by these centers. Dr. Amit Bansal is the prime accused. He allegedly sold drugs from his de-addiction centers. Rupinder Kaur, a drug inspector, is also under investigation. She allegedly provided incorrect inspection reports.
