Fauja Singh hit-and-run: Accused NRI arrested in death of oldest marathon runner

Punjab police have apprehended a suspect in connection with the hit-and-run incident that resulted in the death of Fauja Singh, the world’s oldest marathon runner. The 113-year-old athlete was struck by a vehicle on the Jalandhar-Pathankot highway. Investigations involving CCTV footage and eyewitness accounts led to the identification of the vehicle and subsequent arrest.
