Telangana: Congress functionary shot dead

In Medak district’s Kulcharam, a Congress functionary, Marelli Anil, was killed in an ambush Monday night. Assailants in two cars attacked Anil, who, in an attempt to escape, crashed his vehicle. Initially believed to be an accident, doctors later discovered four bullet wounds, prompting a police investigation into the death.
