’60 CCTV cameras, not one was functional’: 19-yr-old DU student found dead; missing since July 7

The body of Sneha Debnath, a 19-year-old Delhi University student, was recovered from the Yamuna River on Sunday, nearly a week after she reportedly jumped from Signature Bridge. Debnath had sent messages to friends indicating her intent. Her family, including her retired Army officer father, had appealed for help.
