Phulpur police arrested Kahkasha Bano and Mohd Kaif for allegedly enticing a minor Dalit girl with money and taking her to Kerala for religious conversion. The girl escaped after witnessing anti-national activities and contacted her family with the help of Kerala police. Investigations are ongoing to uncover a larger racket involved in similar conversions.
