Tejashwi Yadav, RJD leader, accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of influencing the Election Commission to cancel Bihar’s voter list and create a new one based on pre-1987 documents. He alleged this is a conspiracy to disenfranchise voters and deprive them of welfare benefits.
