Woman raped inside parked state bus in Pune, just few metres away from police station

A 26-year-old woman was allegedly raped inside a parked state transport bus at Swargate bus stand, close to a police station. Suspect Dattatraya Ramdas Gade, with previous theft and chain snatching cases, was identified and multiple police teams pursued him. The incident caused political backlash over ineffective crime management.
