Warring Manipur groups start surrendering looted weapons

Several arms and ammunition have been voluntarily surrendered in Churachandpur and Kangpokpi districts in response to Manipur governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla’s appeal for de-weaponising society. The surrendered weapons include rifles, grenade launchers, and a machine gun, aiming to create a safer atmosphere.
